Manual Survey Processes: Traditional methods of survey creation and data collection were time-consuming and prone to errors, which slowed down project timelines.

Designing a suite of web and mobile applications that empower their team to create surveys effortlessly, collect valuable data efficiently, and incentivize participants effectively. The new platform will feature user-friendly interface, automated survey workflows, and real-time data analysis features, making the entire research process faster and more reliable.

Process
Research & Analysis: Conducted in-depth research through user interviews and feedback analysis to understand pain points. Reviewed analytics to identify areas needing improvement and benchmarked competitor platforms.
Design and Prototyping: Developed low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize a streamlined user journey. These prototypes were iteratively tested with internal teams and select users to refine functionality.
Usability Testing: Conducted multiple rounds of usability testing to identify design flaws and areas for improvement, ensuring the final product was user-friendly and met the needs of both researchers and respondents.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app.
